SATURDAY NIGHT MUSIC CLUB #90

Travis Morrison - Song For The Orca

Travis Morrison - Travistan

HAPPY ST. PATRICK’S DAY, FELLOW IRISH BLOODS!

After a wonderful day of family and outdoor time, I felt compelled to bring back SNMC.  Tonight I bring you a wonderfully clever song from the wonderfully clever Travis Morrison (formerly of an equally awesome band The Dismemberment Plan).  This song is so bluntly crafted lyrically that there isn’t much I can wax poetic on that isn’t already being pumped through your speakers.  ”

“This song is for the orca swimming round in circles at Sea World. Someday you’ll drown the dude with the clipboard, someday.”

Love all of y’all.

PS. HUGE NEWS MONDAY MORNING. STAY TUNED, LOVELY PEOPLE.
