I haven’t been sick all year, if you can believe it, so leave it to the last week of October for the flu to finally find my achilles and put me out for 48 hours.  Still in bed as I type this, I had to muscle up and post a song I’ve been listening to on repeat.  Without further ado, I present yet another Sunday Morning Music Club.  (insert applause here)

Benjamin Gibbard is far and away my biggest lyrical influence, and this song particularly hits home with me.  Plans is a perfect album, spotted with bittersweet love songs that are eloquent yet comforting.  This may not be an up and coming rookie for SNMC, but it certainly is a hall of famer.

I hope everyone enjoys the rest of their weekend, and pop a couple vitamin C’s while YER at it.
